GovPath Test Payment Processor

This Service provides Accela Citizen Access administrators with a quick and easy way to set up a test payment processor within an Accela environment. When enabled, users will be directed to the GovPath test payment process where they can simulate a successful payment. This is a free service provided by GovPath Inc.

Usage Terms:

By configuring and using this service you agree that GovPath provides this service free of charge for the purpose of recording Test payments in for the Accela Citizen Access product. Users of the service do so at their own risk. GovPath accepts no liability, and provides access to service without warranty or support. Service may be discontinue or changed by GovPath Inc at any time without prior notice. GovPath collects data sent to and from the service for logging, maintenance, and internal marketing. GovPath may from time to time advertise services it offers via the service. GovPath does not sell or share any information to 3rd parties. GovPath at it's descretion may block access to the service for users that have excessive usage or misuse of the service.

Install Steps:

  1. Go to Accela Classic Admin
  2. Go to Agency Profile > Standard Choices
  3. Create Standard Choice "EPaymentAdapter" if missing create it
  4. Create Standard Choice Value "ACAAdapterType" Value Desc "GQ_TESTPAY2"
  5. Go to Scripts > Script Test
  6. Click Here to Get Install EMSE Script (Opens in new Tab)
  7. Copy Contents of script above into "Script Text" area
  8. Edit Environment variables to match your environment
  9. Select "Use User Transaction" from "Script Transaction" dropdown
  10. Click Submit
  11. Confirm "INSTALLED TO DATABASE" messages
  12. Goto ACA Admin
  13. Enable Pay Fees Link
  14. Clear Cache in ACA and AA
